After multiple delays and hiccups, Marathon finally has a release date. Bungie announced today that Marathon, their upcoming online shooter, will be released on March 5, 2026.
Marathon is now available for pre-order, and you can check out a brand new gameplay trailer for yourself down below:
The trailer focuses on a character you’ll meet on Tau Ceti: Gantry, the MIDA faction agent.
Marathon Voice Actors
In their announcement, Bungie also went ahead and announced that Marathon‘s English voice cast is going to be pretty stacked. At launch, the game will feature the voices of the following actors:
Krizia Bajos, Samantha Béart, Beau Bridgland, Ry Chase, Roger Clark, Darin De Paul, Jennifer English, Dave Fennoy, Nika Futterman, Morla Gorrondona, Reina Guthrie, Donnla Hughes, Keston John, Sohm Kapila, Rich Keeble, Elliot Knight, Erica Lindbeck, Piotr Michael, Brent Mukai, Neil Newbon, Ariana Nicole George, Emily O’Brien, Lee Shorten, Jason Spisak, Ben Starr, JB Tadena, Fred Tatasciore, Craig Lee Thomas, Elias Toufexis, Oliver Vaquer, Scott Whyte, Tracy Wiles, Erin Yvette
There are some pretty exciting names in there, including Neil Newbon who voiced Astarion in Baldur’s Gate 3, and of course, Jennifer English, who was also in Baldur’s Gate 3 as Shadowheart. Marathon will also have “fully-localized dialogue for all supported languages”. The voice casts for other languages will be introduced at a later date.
