2025 is shaping up to be an excellent year for TV shows. We’ve got Peacemaker Season 2, Gen V Season 2, and Fallout Season 2, which has been teased for a December release for ages. Prime has finally dropped the first teaser trailer for the show, which you can check out down below:
Along with the teaser, we also finally got confirmation that Fallout Season 2 will be releasing on Dec. 17. So it’ll be a nice way to cap off the end of the year.
The trailer gives us a slightly longer look at all the elements we kinda already knew would be in the show. This includes New Vegas, Robert House and the Lucky 38 casino, as well as the debut of the iconic Deathclaw enemies. Season 2 also sees the return of Ella Purnell as Lucy, Walton Goggins as Cooper Howard and The Ghoul, and Aaron Moten as Maximus. And, of course, Dogmeat the dog. The story will continue with Lucy’s pursuit of her father, and also delve deeper into The Ghoul’s past as Cooper and what sorts of ties he had in Las Vegas before everything went to hell.
Just yesterday, Prime released a bunch of new images and stills from Season 2, which you can check out here. A new promotional poster has also been released, further teasing the iconic New Vegas locale as the main attraction of Season 2.
The Prime Video series is based on Bethesda’s popular RPG video game series, Fallout. The games are all set in various parts of the US, though they all have one thing in common: everywhere you look, it’s a nuclear wasteland. The events of the show are considered canon, though they take place decades after most of the games.
Fallout Season 2 will be available for streaming on Prime Video on Dec. 17.
