Here Are Elden Ring Nightreign’s Minimum & Recommended PC Specs

2025 is already shaping up to be a strong year for video games, and May is looking even more exciting. FromSoftware has just released an infographic going over the PC specs for Elden Ring Nightreign. The good news is that the requirements don’t look too demanding.

Elden Ring Nightreign Minimum PC Specs

First off, if you just want to run Nightreign without too many frills, here are the bare minimum PC specs:

GearSpecs
Operating SystemWindows 10
ProcessorIntel Core i5-10600 or AMD Ryzen 5 5500
Memory12GB RAM
GraphicsNVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB or AMD Radeon RX 580 4GB
Storage30GB

Elden Ring Nightreign Recommended PC Specs

And if you really want to run the game at its best, here are the recommended PC specs:

GearSpecs
Operating SystemWindows 11
ProcessorIntel Core i5-11500 or AMD Ryzen 5 5600
Memory16GB RAM
GraphicsNVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB or AMD Radeon RX Vega 56 8GB
Storage30GB

Overall, it’s not too bad. As far as the GPU is concerned, the 1060 card should be more than enough to run the game, which bodes well for older PC builds. The base version of Elden Ring wasn’t all that demanding on PC either. Even though the graphical requirements weren’t high, it more than made up for that with a beautiful and distinct art style. The same seems to hold true for Nightreign.

If anything, PC users should be more concerned with how CPU-intensive Nightreign seems to be. The CPU requirements look to be just a tad higher than I personally expected.

In addition to that, FromSoftware also declined to provide details on how the game actually runs with these builds. Will it be 4K and 60fps at the recommended specs? Who knows? Either way, if you’re concerned that your CPU might not be able to keep up, it may be better to get the game on PS5 or Xbox instead.

Nightreign is a standalone expansion of Elden Ring. Unlike the base game, Nightreign is a multiplayer-focused boss rush game where players get to team up and fight bosses from across the FromSoftware universe (including iconic foes from Dark Souls). Think of it more like a rogue-lite, where you’ll start a run with some modifiers, pick some bosses to fight, and all these choices will determine the final big bad you face at the end.

Elden Ring Nightreign is set to be released on May 30 for PC and consoles.
